Cleft Palate Foundation

Cleft Palate Foundation in Chapel Hill, NC serves individuals and families affected by cleft lip/palate and other craniofacial conditions by connecting them to team care, providing education, and offering personal support The Shoestring Agency was hired to help plan and implement a Branding Initiative & Strategic Marketing Communications Campaign to increase the capacity of the organization and further its mission. A “refresh” was given to the logo along with the development of logo usage guidelines and a new “look” for the organization. The Shoestring Agency also provided custom illustrations for their series of parent education booklets. These illustrations were also utilized in education videos.
