The National Organization of Mothers of Twins Club is dedicated to supporting families of multiple birth children through education, research, and networking.  They endeavor to aid parents of multiples and to raise public awareness of the unique qualities of multiple birth families and maintain an national network of more than 300 local clubs representing nearly 25,000 individual parents of multiples – twins, triplets, quadruplets and more. The organization wanted to embrace its continued growing capacity and develop a new name and brand identity and hired the nonprofit experts at The Shoestring Agency. Our team conduced its own standard confidential, online branding survey with the goal to enable their key staff, board members and stakeholders, to participate 100% in the branding and communications audit to fully educate our team on their organization. We then queried thousands of members to gauge their understanding, perceptions and needs for their individual chapters. The organization approved the new name of Multiples of America | Support Education Research The full project entailed:
